Pain Points

  • Physical Pain and Discomfort: I help individuals who are experiencing physical pain, feeling lethargic, or generally unwell. My expertise in working with the physical aspects of the human body, coupled with my knowledge of stretching and strengthening weak and imbalanced body parts, allows me to address and alleviate these issues.
  • Weight Loss Challenges: I assist individuals who struggle with losing weight in a healthy way. By providing customized meal plans, safe workout programs, and in-depth nutrition plans, I help clients achieve their weight loss goals in a timely manner. I use calorie tracking and body fat calculators to ensure that results are met effectively.
  • Intimidation and Gym Anxiety: I understand that many people feel intimidated by traditional gyms with lots of people and machines. I offer a private in-home fitness center where clients can feel comfortable and well-taken-care-of. This environment provides a more personalized and supportive setting for individuals who may be hesitant or self-conscious about working out in public.
  • Aging and Fitness Challenges: As a 51-year-old personal trainer, I can relate to the challenges that come with aging and working out. I can adjust workout protocols to fit individuals’ current fitness levels while keeping them challenging and enjoyable. My expertise in addressing muscle weakness, balance, and coordination issues makes me particularly effective in helping older adults maintain and improve their physical fitness.

About Scott Cline of Unique Physique

I am a highly experienced Professional Personal Trainer and Martial Artist. I have over 25 Years experience in working with the physical aspects of the human body. I started working out at the age of 13. I have spent countless hours working with Naturopathic Doctors and Holistic wellness Professionals, Chiropractors and Physical Therapists seeking to advance my in-depth knowledge of the human body as well as the ability to correct physical disturbances in the kinetic chain. I have been able to achieve this through stretching and strengthening the parts of the body that are weak and out of balance.

I have worked in the Treasure Valley since 2002 as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Gym Manager, Fitness Coach, Sales Counselor, Personal Trainer and Nutritional Specialist. I currently own an in-home business here in Southwest Boise called Unique Physique Fitness and Martial Arts, where I train people one on one.  I have helped multiple people lose over 100 lbs in less than 1 years time.  I know that I can bring extra value and knowledge to any of your Physical Rehab, Strengthening, or Weight Loss needs to help expedite you reaching your goals as fast as possible.
